Dr. Mihaela Ruxandra Vintilă (Udrea) is a specialist in Allergy and Clinical Immunology and an Assistant Professor at the “Carol Davila” University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Bucharest. She graduated from the same university in 2020 and further advanced her clinical expertise through an international internship at the Allergy Exploration Unit of the Arnaud de Villeneuve Hospital (CHU Montpellier, France), under the coordination of Prof. Pascal Demoly.
Currently, she practices at the “Dr. Carol Davila” Clinical Nephrology Hospital and is pursuing her PhD, with a research focus on drug-induced hypersensitivity reactions in patients with immune-mediated rheumatological diseases. Dr. Vintilă is an active member of the Romanian Society of Allergology and Clinical Immunology (SRAIC), where she co-authored the 2025 National Guidelines for the Evaluation of Drug Hypersensitivity. She is also a Junior Member of the European Academy of Allergy and Clinical Immunology (EAACI) and the World Allergy Organization (WAO). Her research contributions include numerous scientific papers on drug allergy, biological therapies, and molecular diagnostics.
