Assist. Prof. Sabina Corcea is a specialist in allergy and clinical immunology, working within „Carol Davila” University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Bucharest. Since 2018, she has held the position of specialist in allergy and clinical immunology at „Sfântul Pantelimon” Emergency Clinical Hospital in Bucharest.
Dr. Corcea obtained her doctorate in medicine in 2022 with the thesis „Hypersensitivity Reactions to Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs: Does Age Matter?”. She has also participated in numerous specialized conferences and courses, including the annual Congresses organized by the Romanian Society of Allergy and Clinical Immunology and the European Academy of Allergy and Clinical Immunology.
Her involvement in research includes works such as „Successful Dabrafenib Desensitization Protocols in a Patient with Metastatic Melanoma” and „Omalizumab for Successful Chemotherapy Desensitization: What We Know So Far”, highlighting significant contributions in the field of allergy and immunology.
