Dr. Selda Ali is a specialist in allergy and clinical immunology, with a remarkable activity in the medical field in Romania. Since 2019, she has held the position of university lecturer at „Carol Davila” University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Bucharest, within the Allergy Department of „Dr. Carol Davila” Clinical Nephrology Hospital.
Since 2019, Dr. Ali has also been working as a primary care physician in allergy and clinical immunology at the same hospital.
She obtained her medical doctorate in 2022 from „Carol Davila” University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Bucharest, with a thesis entitled “Drug Hypersensitivity Reactions in the Elderly – Diagnostic and Therapeutic Particularities.”
Additionally, she passed the European exam in allergy and clinical immunology in 2012, in Geneva, Switzerland.
In addition to her teaching and clinical activities, Dr. Ali is involved in scientific research, contributing to the advancement of knowledge in the field of allergy and immunology. One example of her research work is the paper “Balancing Benefits and Risks: a Literature Review on Hypersensitivity Reactions to Human G-CSF (Granulocyte Colony-Stimulating Factor).”
Dr. Selda Ali’s commitment and dedication to the field of allergy and clinical immunology have made her a respected figure in the medical community in Romania.
