Prof. Dr. Sorin Țiplică is a prominent figure in Romanian and European dermatology, currently serving as a Full Professor at the “Carol Davila” University of Medicine and Pharmacy. He is the Head of the Dermatology II Department at Colentina Clinical Hospital in Bucharest. His medical and academic career is marked by a deep commitment to skin health, specializing in clinical dermatology, venereology, and dermato-oncology.
He is internationally recognized for his leadership roles, having served as a board member of the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology (EADV) and as President of the Pediatric Dermatology Association of South-East Europe. His research work is extensive, with a focus on sexually transmitted infections, skin cancer, and pediatric dermatology.
